Limbert’s at Redfish Lake Lodge (open Mid May- Mid October)
Limbert’s takes pride in their authentic and delicious food for breakfast and dinner, bringing an excellent menu full of farm fresh and local ingredients to the table. Limbert’s experienced and talented chefs are true professionals. Some of our favorite breakfast items are:
- Biscuits and Gravy – fresh, homemade biscuits, maple-sausage gravy, boxcar potatoes, and two eggs
- The Northwest – smoked trout, basque chorizo, boxcar potatoes, two eggs, toast, and dressed greens
- Brioche French Toast – two slices of brioche bread, housemade jam, vanilla whipped cream, and fruit
Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. until noon, catering to the early risers and relaxed vacationers. Tunes fill the lodge room and take you back in time as you enjoy the classy entrees offered for dinner a few hours later from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The chefs backstage work extremely hard to ensure you have the best experience possible, as you’ll see by the quality dish they put in front of you. A few favorite dinner items are:
- Tempura Vegetables – tempura-fried seasonal veggies, brown butter dashi, and togarashi
- Pan-Seared Trout – steelhead trout, asparagus puree, veggies, and fried potato curls
